Thomas M. Manson

Thomas M. Manson is the owner of Police Technical. He began his law enforcement career with the United States Border Patrol in South Texas.

He speaks 50 weeks a year at public safety conferences throughout the US and abroad and has trained thousands of personnel in technical areas.

Tom taught as an adjunct faculty member for Wichita State (Master of Arts, 1996) and Indiana State University (Bachelor of Science, 1993).

Tom lives in Terre Haute, IN, with his wife and daughter, Madeleine.

Julie M. Manson

Marketing and Accounts

Previous to joining Police Technical, Julie provided logistics for a Fortune 50 company. She also has several years experience in event planning and management.

Julie earned her Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of Cincinnati (Bachelor, 2000).

Julie lives in Terre Haute, IN, with her husband and daughter, Madeleine .
