In 2016, the POLICE TECHNICAL team began collaborating with developers in California on Active Cell Tracker, a web application that allows law enforcement agencies to map a suspect’s whereabouts using his or her cellular phone number. Although agencies have already been utilizing software to perform these very tasks, Active Cell Tracker simplifies, accelerates, and centralizes the entire process.
POLICE TECHNICAL is preparing the web application for testing and will launch Active Cell Tracker in late 2016.
