Great stuff - it has to be one of the best computer-related trainings I've ever taken. My only nit was the Day 2 review - that took too long for me (although I understand it's hard to not do that when you don't know everyone's tech skills.)

Michael was a fantastic instructor...very knowledgable, entertaining and friendly. His use of easy-to-understand powerpoint features/techniques and repetition/review enabled me to take away a great deal of useable information.

Michael Warren is an excellent instructor for this course. He brings his real - life law enforcement experience and made PowerPoint applicable for all of the students in the course. He was personable and patient with all of us and was willing to take extra time with any one of us at any time whenever if something got missed. He made the class enjoyable to be at and not just another course.
Going into the course, I thought I had an above average understanding of PowerPoint. However, as the course progressed, it was clear my understanding of PowerPoint had been rather basic. I never knew PowerPoint had so much more to offer. I will definitely be able to develop a more professional presentation!

Great presentation. Mine took a topic that could be blain and boring and made it interesting and kept the class engaged

Great training! Mike Warren did a great job with the PowerPoint topic! I thought I was a functional user of PowerPoint; however, I realized I wasn't leveraging half of what I could.
