I like how he gave us the bookmarks to use and then went through them with us but also took the time for us to do hands on work as well.

This class provided both new information and aided as a refresher for some things which was great! I learned so many new tools which will aid in my intelligence research. The instructor was great! Extemely knowledgeable and showed us great examples through hands on visuals and exercises.

I felt the material could have been presented in half the time if the instructor was organized and better prepared. Often the instructor would click on links only for the links to be dead ends. If he had prepared in advance he would have known which links would have been productive for the point he was trying to make. He simply went through each bookmarked link. He could have presented a few links under each section and provided an overall explanation of why the particular section can and is relevant to an ongoing investigation. I found the course to be monotonous. However, I will say I think the take away material is a gold mine that I definitely plan to use.

Great course overall, just a comment on the speed in which the instructor went though the "live" demonstrations, must slow down a little bit to allow the internet lag to catch with what the instructor is doing and what the student is getting in he's computer, that also demonstrates the level of knowledge and skill of the instructor(a lot), he was flying through the web pages.

Good course for beginners to Open Source Intelligence, but the content was repetitive for users who are familiar with social media (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).

The only drawback was the sporadic bandwidth problems. I lost connection several times. The second day was much matter but had issue with voice. Thank you! Informative course.
