I felt as if this course was a bit remedial and was put together for an older generation. The course description made this course appear as if we would be learning how to dig deeper into a person\\\'s social media, instead, we \\\'learned\\\' how to look up phone numbers, names, addresses...which can be done by a simple Google search. I marked \\\"no\\\" on the question, will you be able to USE what you learned in the course? I marked no because I did not learn anything new. The most relevant and useful information that was gone over was how to download social media information from a person\\\'s facebook/twitter. Except this information was glossed over and talked about for a few minutes. I felt we spent more time looking at Google Maps than being shown how to download social media information. Luckily, I already know how to do this and was able to show my coworker who was also in the course with me. While I do understand others may not be as familiar with types of social media but it would have been nice to have gone over other sites like Whatsapp, SnapChat etc. to see what other information we can see from those.

This would have been better suited in a classroom setting so that a person could have easily followed the examples better and understood the material
