Not the instructor's fault, but the glitch on the first day was distracting

This was a good course. Kudos to Kevin Keane for working through the technical difficulties on the first day. It is always the mark of a good instructor who can deal with the unforeseen problems that arise in the classroom while continuing to effectively instruct the class. Thank You

Good course that provided a lot of resources to use. The only complaint was the technical difficulties encountered by the instructor on the first day of the class, which appeared to be computer related.

The bookmarks provided will be very useful in future investigations.

Although it was a webinar, we were still able to get hands on and learn some of the techniques used.

These comments are only shared to help improve the quality of the course and not to diminish or devalue the instructor. The instructor was very knowledgeable and information will be helpful in the future. Several links were not functioning which is understandable. However, it felt there wasn't complete preparation from instructor to locate quality examples. This led to examples shown to students that often didn't work. Would have been helpful to see resources function as described to help remember what they have the potential to do. There was also a time crunch in moving through the resources as a result. It would have saved time and students may have learned more if only proven resources at the time of training were shown by instructor. This particular training relies heavily on external websites which are out of the control of the instructor. The instructor for this course should be compensated a little extra for preparation because it may require regular updates to material more often that other coursework. This is unique to this training because of circumstances described above and should be considered.
