Lt. Andy Green did a great job with the course. I loved how hands-on the training was, and learning good social media strategies from real life accounts really brought the lessons to life and made sense to me. I was able to immediately implement many things I learned in the class and have increased our social media engagement because of the things I've learned.

We have already started to use some of the techniques that we were shown and they have created more interaction between our department and the social media community.
