The only negative I would say is that I was disappointed in the price not being reduced since it had to be decreased to an 8 hour class as opposed to 16 hours. Some agencies have very limited training budgets. I emailed several times asking about a possible refund and never heard back from anyone, even to explain why there wouldn't be a refund. Disappointed in the lack of communication. The instructor was great and very knowledgeable.

I gave a lower evaluation on the cost vs. benefit because the initial cost of the course was well over $400 per student which is reasonable for a 16 hour course. For 2 - 1/2 day virtual courses, I do not feel that is a reasonable cost. It was difficult to do many of the hands on instruction due to lack of time, and the instructor was not able to pace the course with the class. I had no problem with the virtual instruction, but think the course could have been presented in 4 - 1/2 day courses over 2 or 4 weeks. If a student must miss a class, the class could be recorded and provided via a login/password accessed site. I've done other courses this way and it has worked well. Overall, the instructor was very knowledgeable and provided great tools for those starting out, and for those looking to improve upon their agency's social media. It was a great class, only need to polish the virtual course guide.

There were times when the Trainer, stated he had not used a platform in a long time so he would have to learn with us or it would take longer in those areas to get through some topics. I believe if you are a trainer they need to be using and up to date on any system updates or technology updates regarding your topic.

Thank you sir for getting creative and making this training happen! I was really looking forward to the training and so glad it finally happened. It was great to have a Law Enforcement specific training and to be able to walk through the different functions on the 3 top platforms. I really need to get major 'buy-in' from my agency and set up FTO-style training for all our deputies and staff. I really got alot of key take-aways from this training that I hope I can implement soon.
