The training was very well presented even with the technical difficulties. I found the information useful as it showed that some of the things we practice are good and showed some things that we can do better.

I appreciate that due to the class size, you were able to allow class introductions. That was the first time I've see that on a webinar class. I really enjoyed the sample events you shared from your own agency page...it helped me with some possible ideas to start in our area. If I had one critique, I would say don't ever apologize for this being your "first class" teaching the subject....students do not need to know, and it gives them an excuse to reduce your credibility. You did a great job! Enjoy your upcoming retirement.

My biggest disappoint with this class from Police Technical, is that there was absolutely nothing TECHNICAL about it. I gained no technical skills. This should have been a discounted lecture / webinar, not marketed as a Technical class.
