Instructor Bill Hayes was extremely knowledgeable and relevant in the course material, but beyond that, he did an amazing job of holding interest in a virtual training environment. The class length was perfect. I've attended several virtual trainings since the beginning of the pandemic and so many instructors are dry, unpersonable, or appear to fumble or be uncomfortable with the technology. That was not the case in this training - the instructor was confident and commanding of our attention and the use of little polls and commenting in the comments box was extremely well done. This is by far the best virtual training I've had, partly due to the development by PoliceTechnical (through which I've never had a bad training!), and in large part due to the instructor. Thank you so much for providing yet another valuable course with information that will immediately be useful!
