A very well delivered course on supervision and realistic demonstration of what does transpire in the work world whether in law enforcement or intelligence avenue.

It was a comprehensive and straight forward course that helped to develop and foster good leadership skills and to assess my current role.

Some metrics were difficult to exceed due to the virtual nature of the course. However, the instructor was extremely knowledgeable about management and interacted well on the virtual platform. The course could benefit to expand more on some topics specific to Analytical Units but overall a great overview to management and leadership.

This is a good, basic leader ship class. The second half of the second day was much more analytical unit specific I would’ve liked to of seen both days, completely devoted to experiences and education on analytical unit supervision.

I found great value in the course as it was geared towards supervisors in the intelligence environment and that isn’t often the case as supervisory courses tend to be generic. Mr Hayes used probing questions and relatable scenarios which cemented his points for me. I greatly appreciate him sharing his time and knowledge.

As a new analytical unit supervisor, all the information was great... especially since we do not have any type of supervisor training. Thank you.

It was refreshing to come across a supervisory training tailored to law enforcement. The examples used were relatable. Though I would have loved an outline of the topics or concepts to cover, in the beginning of the course.
