Amy was absolutely phenomenal. So fun to listen to and knows the subject matter very well. Would definitely recommend this course, or any taught by Amy, to people I know. Please give her kudos for a job well done.

Amy was very engaging and is clearly an expert in her field. I think that I would have received better hands on knowledge if I had brought my own laptop with my own files to work on along with the work sheets Amy provided. I used the provided desktop. This next comment is geared towards the training venue. We would step out of the room for a break or lunch and upon our return it was not uncommon to find a police recruit sitting in the classroom, utilizing the computers. They would not leave at the start of our class. They would get up and leave when they were done with whatever they were working on. This was a distraction and Amy was very patient with these rude recruits. I enjoyed the class and have already started utilizing some of the excel formulas that I was unaware of until the class.

It was a very good classes, although having the most recent booklet may have been helpful. Definitely geared towards those who have not used Excel before, but was a good refresher for anyone who has.

Amy was such a joy and made the class fun and entertaining. The class touched on the actual fundamentals that we would use on a day to day basis rather than going through material that would be useless. thank you Amy!

This was another great class put on by you guys. I have two comments. The first was outside your control but affected all of us. The facility we were in decided in the middle of the winter to have the a/c blasting lowering the temperatures in the classroom to meat locker level. That really sucked. The second thing I'd consider changing is having Amy shorten her introduction/ice-breaking section of the class. We spent an hour on that bit and she had more than enough real content that I'd rather have had fill the first hour than a glorified meet & greet.
