Instructor Fusetti had an excellent class. For being an online seminar, the pacing was really good with very minimal technical issues. Only issue was of low volume on a few videos. Mr. Fusetti's knowledge of the subject matter and his engagement with students in class was excellent. One area for improvement would be adding more case reviews to use as examples for going through the OIS investigation process.

Chris did a great job presenting the material and keeping the class moving along even though this was an online presentation. I've had other OIS training but I was able to take away several helpful points that I will pass along to my co-workers on our OIS CIRT.

Chris is a great instructor and brings his experience to this class. Teaching via zoom is always challenging, and Chris did a great job. I took away information that I will be using in my agency!

I have taken several courses remotely since 2020. In each the instructors struggled to work through material as well as keeping classes engaged and often were hampered by technology. This was not the case. Our instructor's mastery of both the subject mater and also of the technology to run the class remotely made remote learning seamless. Well done. Truly, that's how online learning should be.

The course was well thought out and the instructor was well prepared. The Quality of Training Location was marked as a 3 only because it was an online webinar and there is no influence that Police Technical could have on my office space. I am a big fan of the online training format however.
