This course was great and very informative. Unfortunately i had network issues the second day and had a hard time keeping up with the course. My screen froze numerous times and i was unable to view the slides. But I'm pretty sure that issue was on my end and not from the training provider.

While the instructor was very knowledgeable, the majority of this course was focused on success stories and open source investigation tools and techniques. This is all good and useful information, however that was not what the class was advertised to be about, as the course description lead me to believe it would be focused on polices, procedures, staffing, and set-up for RTCCs. I felt there was very little information focused on this subject. They were all mentioned, but mostly as steps that needed to be taken, rather then tools and information and how to take those steps, as well as providing successes and failures in these areas. I would not have taken this class, especially with it being a paid class, if I had known this beforehand.

I thought it was a great webinar.

This is a good class for a department wanting to start a RTCC.

This was a webinar, some of the rating fields don't apply so rated as "5". Great class, the information is priceless. Very helpful for those of looking to stand up a RTAC. Hopeful some in person training will accessible soon for networking purposes and sharing of SOPs. Found so much value in this class and appreciate the course content was as advertised....no disappointment here!
