Inconsistent time management forced students to have to take their own breaks and miss critical steps in excel procedures which were not well understood by some. Being forced to wait, create accounts and log in to obtain the training certificate is also not optimal.

Great information was given in relation to investigating cases involving cellphones. Instructor was very knowledgeable and presented material in an easy to understand manner.
