Learned more regarding pivot tables and how to utilize Excel when analyzing records. Even though I have Penlink I liked learning of different methods that I can use during an emergency. Excellent class!

The instructor was knowledgeable on the course material especially CDR's. It was a good refresher on EXCEL (v look up, pivot tables). I would definitely recommend this course to other analysts and investigators.

Great class. I understand cell phones a lot more. I understand this class was not supposed to teach me everything, but some of the basics. I learned a lot about cell towers and how to preserve the information on a cell phone.
