James did a great job for he limited time he had. For this type of instruction to be helpful more repetitions are a must. A solid day of formula work would have had more benefit for me and would have helped participants better address the scenarios. Adding a day would turn this into a must-have class in my opinion.

The class had to much information in the short amount of time and was hard to keep up with. This was not at the fault of the instructor who did a very good job. The class needs to be longer so the instructor does not have to rush to get through the material.

Subject matter and information the instructor presented was very useful. "4" where given but I don't believe there is anyway to make the subject matter more interesting as it is a very hands on course with Excel

I think it needs to be expanded and explained more two days is too short for this program to work efficiently for people not familiar with Excel and there is so much more to expand on.

Not what I was expecting when my Sheriff signed me up for this class. But once I understood what the course was I felt that the information would be very useful. Mr Isaacs did a very good job of making complex information understandable.

Classroom is too small for this large of class and chairs are uncomfortable. Practicals got confusing and groups needed help, but there was only 1 instructor trying to walk around and help everyone. Would have been more beneficial to have these done together in class, or have allowed more time. Several got frustrated, lost, and gave up.

The Instructor was great and full on knowledge on the subject. This class had excellent material but it seemed to go fast paced for my ability in Excel Documents. Overall I was able to take very good information back to my Agency on cell Phone and Data Mapping.

Class was very informative. Instructor was able to teach students who did no have any knowledge in Excel and trained them how to run program effectively.

Course was very in depth. My only comment would be course could be longer to give student better chance to handle the amount of information provided to them. It was alot of information in a small amount of time.

Only thing that might make it a little better is to use local data for at least one the practicals as the kinds of cases & data we encounter here is very different than a high population area like Dearborn MI.
