Very beneficial information! Definitely a great class and highly recommend to others. Very organized and well formatted and instructed, especially with it being online. You did a great job! The One Note and PowerPoint information was very helpful and great knowledge. Stuff I never knew existed, but will definitely bring back to use! I will be looking for a more in depth class from you regarding that. I enjoyed the participation and involvement in the class and to hear from others. Thank you for all your work and help!

Due to Covid, doing online training is hard for both instructor and student alike. However, I am glad this training is still available even if online. Instructor was great and did his best.

Course was ok. I have had better training related to OIS. I truly believe the issue was on line training. We loose so much from that.... I did like the word to PowerPoint. That was the best part of the course.

The class was fine, although it was a little difficult to stay engaged with the instructor. I felt there were large potions of the class were the instructor asked for the opinions of the class without providing any information, or his own opinion first. I understand wanting class participation, but given the current circumstances this can be difficult. Having paid for a class I would like to see more instruction and less asking for the classes opinion on certain subjects.
