Great course and instructor was great!!
The information in this course we very well put together and organized. I thought the majority of this training focused on what we shouldn't post and what not to do. I was hoping for information related to increasing engagement, best practices for posting. Additionally this training had some very useful information about Facebook. I'm hoping in the future there can be more information in reference to Instagram. Over pleased with the information provided. I think because our agency is so conservative in what we are allowed to do much of the topics discussed about what not to post and or word things we are practicing.
The material was relevant to my position as a PIO. The instructor did a great presenting and getting the class to participate.
The instructor provided lots of resources and information, with practical hands on scenarios and discussion points. I especially enjoyed the case law examples as they will help me to advocate for new/updated policies in our department.
