Mike was a very engaging instructor and is very knowledgeable on Microsoft products. I loved how he integrated them together in his presentation and used the strengths of each program to complete a nice product.

I felt I had a good grasp on writing styles and abilities before the class but now I will be able to take into consideration my point of view, the audience, and also any bias's that I have as the writer and will be able to deliver a product.
