Course: Excel: Data and Mapping Instructor: Nicole McKendree Dates: February 21, 2024 - February 22, 2024

Very informative course. I would recommend making a basic Excel course a prerequisite to this course.

I gave low marks for the training location and voice presentation because I am not a fan on online training due to the distractions around me as well as I have trouble listening with headphones. Online training loses the group interaction between instructor and students. Overall, I very much like the course and how Nicole presented the information in a logical succinct manner. I would like to take other courses she offers, hopefully in an in-class environment.

Course: Fentanyl Investigations Instructor: Michael Wright Dates: February 26, 2024 - February 27, 2024

Very relevant information for the Opioid epidemic that we are dealing with in LE today.

Course: Cell Phone Investigations Instructor: Kyle Bowen Dates: February 26, 2024 - February 27, 2024

I believe this class should be more that 8 hours. We did not get through all of the material that was listed for the class. I paid $275.00 to attend this class; the material I received was very good and I believe I will be able to use what I learned, but I feel shorted because on the flyer for the class and during the class all of the topics were listed. We did not get through all of the topics and it wasn't just one or two. That is why I would not recombed anyone else taking this training if it is only 8 hours. If the class is 16 hours, I would recommend the training. I honestly feel I overpaid. I am considering calling to get a partial refund. Thank you, Bo Biggs

Course: PIO and Community Engagement Instructor: Jim Thorburn Dates: February 22, 2024 - February 23, 2024

I would like to be able to obtain some type of certificate for this training, so that we can get credit for it. Here in NC your training hours count towards getting an intermediate or advanced certificate from the state. I would like to be able to get credit for those hours. The instructor in this course, in my opinion was top notch. He appeared to very knowledgeable in the subject and had the ability to hold your attention. The 4 hours seemed to go by quickly. I did learn alot, and I have already had our recruiter to sign up for the training as well, because she is responsible for out facebook page.
