Instructor Hayes put together a very well thought out and informative course. Also one that is unique. I have not seen too many opportunities for training in this area for our profession. His command of the subject was quite impressive. He clearly communicated his knowledge and his passion for this topic showed. He also did a great job of keeping students actively engaged and participating, something that is not always easy to do in a online environment. I really liked the presentation, resources, polls, exercises, case studies, and other opportunities for feedback. I have already told several colleagues about how beneficial I thought this training was. Thanks for this awesome training opportunity.
