John was amazing! He was very engaging and made a virtual class fun and not seem like it was dragging along.

This class went above and beyond the ins and outs of street drugs. There was a lot of information on Marijuana which is a little bit of a sleeper for my jurisdiction but I am sure it pertains to other officers, so I completely understand. I can’t expect a class to be tailored to me. Both instructors were incredibly knowledgeable in the topic, but I would have to say that Matthew Shay from MCSO grabbed me the most with his enthusiasm and the topics we went over. Shay definitely went into great detail of the origins of most of the drugs we are facing on the streets, right down to the source and I feel I have a more firm understanding of what it takes to get these narcotics to our streets, and why we need to keep working to get them off the streets.

The class gave me confidence in what to look for when conducting an enforcement stop when it possibly relates to drugs.
