I was grateful for Jim's outlook on Social Media. Here at Navajo County Sheriff's Office, we handle our Social Media accounts almost the same. Thank you for allowing this to be virtual, that was a big help.

I would like to be able to obtain some type of certificate for this training, so that we can get credit for it. Here in NC your training hours count towards getting an intermediate or advanced certificate from the state. I would like to be able to get credit for those hours. The instructor in this course, in my opinion was top notch. He appeared to very knowledgeable in the subject and had the ability to hold your attention. The 4 hours seemed to go by quickly. I did learn alot, and I have already had our recruiter to sign up for the training as well, because she is responsible for out facebook page.

The instructor was very knowledgeable with the material. I learned a lot to that I and my agency can use and improve on.

I very much enjoyed hearing the different community events the instructor had created and/or participated in. It may be beneficial to have everyone give examples of what they have done or plan to do so participants can take notes for new ideas to engage in their own communities.
