Ms Nicole was an amazing instructor. Being more of a "tactical guy," who now has been tasked with more administrative duties, I was ok with Excel. Ms Nicole was very supportive and made sure I was on the same page as everyone prior to moving to the next section.

I can see how this class could have been very dry and boring. I felt that the instructor kept everyone engaged and made it interesting.
