I honestly was a bit disappointed in the class mainly because there was about 2 solid hours we missed because the instructor had a problem with her audio. We had a nice nest egg of money from the National Guard Counter Drug Task Force to purchase this course and I have to say it kind of missed the mark for the amount of money we paid and time lost to a technical issue. I learned like one new thing about getting IP addresses from email headers which was great but outside of that there weren't many new techniques that I learned. I would appreciate if the instructor also included a counter narcotics focus with burner phones.

The instructor was great, she really provided really good examples and made the presentation material very clear. The GoTo webinar was not great to work with, she had computer issues for the first 30-40 minutes of the class. Recommend Zoom or Teams as a place to take over the webinar.
