While attending another police course I mentioned to a fellow classmate that my PowerPoint skills were self taught and of need of improvement. My classmate mentioned this course and the instructor (Michael Warren) specifically. I looked online and found the class being offered in Grand Prairie Texas in early May. Even though I had to wait a few months till May I decided to do so based on the recommendation. Well, after the past 2 days with Michael my PP skills are greatly enhanced and due to his instruction I will continue to improve and learn new skills. Michael was an excellent instructor and I'm appreciative of his motivation to help everyone succeed.
I've taken what seems to be hundreds of various LE courses in the past 22 years and my biggest complaint is the war stories and other distractions that get us off the topic. This was not the case. Michael is a true professional and asset to Police Technical. I learned a lot from his teaching style and greatly appreciate his work ethic.

I would like to see this become a three day course. I would have benefited from having additional hands-on time to play with PowerPoint and to further explore all the different tools at my disposal.

I've already applied the skills I learned in this weeks case to an on-going case and have had fantastic results! Mike Warren was a top notch instructor. I was very impressed with the Police Technical.
