I enjoyed the fact the instructor taught to the level of the class. everything was easy to listen too, learn, and I had no problem asking questions and having answers that I understood. I learned new skills each day.

Mike did a great job with the material and presentation. All personnel with a job relating to analytical processes should definitely attend this course. The only reason why I gave the materials a 4 was because it had Sally's Bio and not Mike Tosti's Bio in the manual...but hey a 4 is still pretty good.
