Content was good but we tried to cover too much. Need more time or less material. I would have benefitted from more actual practice with these sites and tools. I took away a few good tricks and tools, but overall I won't retain most of what was covered.

Instructor Keane was great to learn from and was very knowledgeable in this area. Does a great job in a field that is constantly changing on an everyday basis. I'm glad I took the course.

Kevin presented a very good class. It is obvious that he is a subject matter expert. I have had similar classes in the past, but Kevin was still able to teach me things I had not known. Kevin presented the material in a manner which was easy to follow and made sense as we practiced. Kevin also showed me ways the material would assist me in my current assignment. Great Job.

Online sources and social media is constantly changing. Instructor should keep his materials updated. Lot of sites were no longer working and popular online sites such as BackPage, Facebook and Craigslist had made some recent changes that the instructor did not appear to know. Overall, great source of info and material provided by the instructor as far as bookmarks and how to find info through open source.
