Very happy with this class/instructor. The printed training materials appeared to be missing a few pages, but I feel confident enough after taking the course that I likely wouldn't need to refer to the manual too often. Kevin kept everyone engaged, tailored the course to everyone's knowledge level and their job description.

A lot of the websites provided are not relevant and some do not even work. There is a small handful of websites that were discussed and provided which were helpful and will be beneficial.
