excellent class

Great course, I will definitely use a lot of the material I was exposed to, and would definitely take another Police Technical course if given the opportunity. I know this is very ATF centric, but some exploitation of big gun sites, like Gunbroker.com, Armslist.com and Gunsamerica.com (to name of few), would definitely enhance this, and may be of benefit to other agencies. I think the only problem with web based training is the lack if interaction between classmates and with instructor. I know given the circumstances it is what it is. Excellent course, thank you.

I think this course would benefit more from an in-person class but it was well done under the circumstances.

This would be a better course in a classroom. I would love the opportunity to attend one when this COVID situation resolves enough to make that a feasible option. The material was very interesting and the trainer kept me focused (not always easy for me). I was very impressed, although frustrated with the need to tele-train. 🙂

Excellent knowledge and presentation skills.

This was a thorough course covering many topics. It would have been better for me to skip some of the entry level or common knowledge information that most analysts have. I think it would be better to organize this training specifically for different types of LE professionals. Analysts already have at least basic knowledge of open source research and analysis, therefore, more time could be spent on applying the learned skills in practice exercises. I know this was a webinar but expanding this into formal training with time to apply the learned skills would help to fuse it all together.

This was the best OSINT class I have attended. I have no complaints!

I already knew a lot of this information, but there was a lot more I wasn't aware of. It was nice to have an actual law enforcement professional teach the course. Thanks Kevin, for a great class!

Given the nature of Covid this class was presented in a very effective manner to get the most out of a webinar based presentation. The materials and aids were all relevant to I need and use. it was worth the time and I would definitely recommend this and any advance course of Open Source in the future.

Kevin did an excellent job conducting the course, especially since it was through digital platform as a webinar. The course information will be highly useful for me to utilize in my investigations, it was an great course! I would highly recommend the course to all of the agents that I work with to assist them with their investigations as well.

A lot of the material may not be used in a Federal setting. I would recommend that the instructor consistently tells the audience of the risks of using some of these sites as he did with entering photos in Google or Jeffreys.
