I thought the instructor was very knowledgeable. I can see where this course could be expanded to a 3rd 4 hour block. There could be a drop off if you added a 3rd day due to time commitment though.
A couple of suggestions: ...Maybe offer the course in parts or a series because of all the information involved.
... if it is going to be a multiple day course, after the 1st day, ask the students to try out one of the websites and see what their feed back is ( the ease of use, log on issues, etc. ). I did notice that a lot of the slides were not included in the power point and I ended up either doing a screenshot of using my camera to take a photo of the slide.
I thought the instructor's examples of ow the websites had been used in cases was very helpful in validating the credibility and application.
