I enjoyed the class more personally then professionally. The level of investigation for us is not what was shown but it did help.

Unfortunately, I would not be able to apply most of the information gathered from this course on my daily line of investigations, however, gaining knowledge is always good and I am appreciative of the experience and knowledge of the instructor. Thank you.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and hosted a very informative class. However, our limited scope and abilities with the information made it not as useful in the applications to our field of DSHS Welfare Fraud investigations. I would totally recommend the instructor to any fully commissioned Law Enforcement agency for training in this area. Out of the course of instruction we would be able to use maybe 25% of the information due to our limited capabilities as a very open limited law enforcement division for Welfare fraud.

The course and subject are invaluable. The presentation and instructor were poor. The instructor lacked enthusiasm and he kept getting lost in his own presentation. Also, the instructor was never on time. We started late; every 5-minute break became a 10–15-minute break. There were several times I had to reach out to other attendees to see if the class was done or was the instructor just late / not returning.

Most of the training in this course does not apply to my agencies type of investigation. While I was thoroughly engaged in the training and learned new tactics, they would not be applicable to my cases as I do not interact with suspects while undercover.
