Right off the bat, Doug remembered my name after introducing myself briefly. He had a wide knowledge base of the subject and was willing to answer any and all questions. He stayed after during lunches and breaks and after class to communicate one on one with any student that had additional questions. The only detriment to the class was the wifi internet connection, which was not at the fault of the instructor. I didn't think I would learn anything, having been involved (or so I thought) heavily in social media for several years and even managing 3 pages. I learned a ton that I plan to use to take it to the next level. Thank you.
