This course was not what I was expecting. I am not the person in our agency that is responsible for social media so the training was not useful to me.

This was a hands on training. Very interested and learned a lot about social media and how to navigate. I will definitely use the technique in my investigation world. Andy was very friendly. He was so informative and voice is an alert opening meaning he was not boring. He is a great trainer and I will definitely do more trainings with him. Kudos Andy

It is clear that Andy is a subject matter expert when it comes to Social Media and Law Enforcement applications as it relates to community outreach. His ability to share and learn from the audience as the class progressed was crucial to my overall take-away from the course. The course was very fluid but covered the top social media platforms and how agencies can fully leverage the tools that are available. I would highly recommend this course to other agencies and their partners.

My issues with this class were: (1) The details included in the promotional flyer were not discussed in detail in the class. I was expecting a higher level of content, which was not provided or just skimmed over. (2) The class was very basic and the instructor spent too much time talking about how to set up our social media pages.
