The Course was good, but it was not specific to managing analytical units. It's more of a general supervision/management course.

Excellent class! Mr. Hayes was an exceptional instructor. HE was very dynamic and engaging. I didn't fall asleep or feel as though I was getting unnecessary instruction one time. I would highly recommend this class to anyone considering attending.

Mr. Hayes clearly demonstrated his understanding of each topic that he lectured on. He provided real-world examples and linked each example to past experiences as well as possible future situations. This was an excellent course for new managers and I highly suggest that it's taught more often.
