For a course fee of $450, no breakfast (donuts, etc.) and lunch on your own was an insult. Why was it held in Lake County, just wondering? More PIO role playing would have been helpful. Too much time on Ferguson. Minimal review of videos, both good and bad PIO examples. Not a bad course, just missed the mark on a few areas.

My evaluation is not a reflection on the actual course or the instructor. My agency does not allow us to use social media; as a good portion of the class regarded the use of social media it did not currently apply to me.

Very enjoyable course. Loved the group interaction. Instructor was easy going and able to address all questions/topics of interest.
