Andy, Really enjoyed the class and learned a lot. I wonder if it would be helpful to include examples of Social Media platforms, videos and even coverage from local agencies when you teach. We would appreciate our work being called out and we don't always have time to learn from the best practices of other LE PIOs. Thanks again Sara

I would have liked it if we had spent more time on media releases and briefings and less focus on the specifics of social media.
