I enjoyed the course greatly. As a small department in California I did miss some parts of the class however because I was the only one on duty. I wish the course materials or handouts were available so I can do review. I would definitely take the course again. I appreciated how the instructor explained his approach with his own experiences. I definitely took a lot out this course to apply to my own situations and even changed some of my own ways of thinking. If there was an opportunity to review the class again without the cost I’d would appreciate that.
