Great instructor

Loved his presentation style.

The instructor went above and beyond to encourage different modalities and methods for writing reports, memos, briefs, etc. but stressed key principles regardless of one's writing style. For example, being concise and factual, being honest about what is still unknown or sources for intel, and most importantly, know your audience. Cater your writing to your audience, be it a supervisor or commmand staff and seek constant improvement and feedback for law enforcement-related writings. Great visual aides and thoughtful (meaningful, relatable) in-class exercises only added to an already high-class presentation.

The instructor demonstrated great knowledge in the topics cover in the class, He was able to make us think outside of the box. He transmitted the knowledge in a simple and effective way. Give us a lot tools to add to our tool box and bring up to great concepts Branding and Credibility

Effective Writing for Law Enforcement, I would like to see more written reports after a crime has occurred, including all aspects of the crime (location, date and time, evidence taken, loss or injuries, and suspect depiction). Event or Incident Report: Used to document events that are not measured as criminal, such as emergency medical calls or civil disputes.
