This was a great class that I learned a lot in. I am an old cop and when I started on the job we did our reports by hand in the car. It has been hard to learn new technology over the years and it changes so fast. I definitely learned a great deal and hope to use it daily.

The overall course content and knowledge of the instructor assisted in the learning environment. Software programs are so strong and the learning curve for them can be difficult. It is nice to have someone who has already learned the systems to help others navigate them.
