I really enjoyed this class and the interaction it provided amongst the students. The instructor was very informative and I enjoyed his enthusiasm regarding the subject matter. I learned a lot of good tips and trick that I am currently using now.

I thought overall the content of the course is good. My suggestion would be maybe including more specific tips/techniques if possible and maybe at least one exercise where we directly get feedback on our writing, a couple of exercises with feedback would be great.

It was very helpful learning from the instructor and my classmates what they looked at when they wrote something. I used to teach creative writing so it was very helpful to learn how effective writing in a new field is done.

A week after this class, I was able to use the different styles of writing during the May 2020 Atlanta protests, riots, and looting. I was more aware of writing to the facts and given my analysis based on what was seen not unseen.
