Chris was awesome - no complaints...My lower scores are the fact that it became a webinar and I think that is hard. In person training is better in my opinion when available. I am guessing that, since this was such a small class and that the students were all over the country caused the change and I understand that but I still did not enjoy the format. But again, Chris was awesome.

For future classes. Handouts to go along with what is being taught is helpful. I had to use the screenshot option a lot. I will definitely use what I have learned in this class. I appreciate the instructor; he was patient and explained each step well and answered questions.

I enjoyed the course and got useful information our of the class - however the online format was not a good fit for this class.

I enjoyed the course and I learned a lot about report writing that I didn’t know about. I know that I need to be careful trying to fill in the information I do not have a clue about.
