The booklet could have been better worded with better step by step instructions especially for people who may not have a strong background in excel. Also, this class needs to be more than 2 days. We were lucky to have it extended to three days but that time is really too short for such a complex subject matter.

This was probably one of the best classes I have attended thus far in my career. It is exceptionally important to stay up to date on cell phone technology, but even more important to learn how to interpret the data once you do get it. He was an excellent instructor and was very thorough in his instruction.

While an excellent course, in my opinion its overall value was greatly diminished by the presentation materials not being made available to course attendees (we were told this was Police Technical policy). Yes, there was a course manual but it did NOT contain all of the content that was shown by the instructor on the Powerpoint slides. In order to enhance this course, I would STRONGLY recommend that this policy be reconsidered and at least a paper or PDF copy of the slides presented be available to each course attendee so that they could follow along and made annotations. If copies of the powerpoint presentation had been made available in this fashion, I would have rated the quality of the training materials higher.
