I think Sgt Hannon did an excellent job with this 2 day training class. He was very knowledgeable on the topic of cell phone and extracting information from them among other things.
This course would be extremely beneficial to detectives who investigate homicides and robberies

Conveyed material well and held my attention.
Walked us patiently through lengthy Excel editing. I rarely lost my place.
O'Fallon PD training room over all is a great venue. But...
-VERY cold
-Poor wireless phone reception

Class was very informative. The instructor was knowledgeable in his field. Would like to see step by step instruction printed with manual for easier use on later dates.
