I loved ZetX training BUT I had trouble following the TDOA concepts and the arc/repeated arc, stagnant location of device etc when it was first explained which caused problems. Det. Bowen explained these concepts very clearly and provided practical examples as he did so which was extremely helpful 🙂

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, I think more student interaction overall with a focus on scenarios to wrap things together, in the end, would have been a great benefit overall. I am still pleased with the course, presentation, and Kyle's expertise and knowledge he passed along. Only critique is not a student interaction-based platform truly but got the information out!

Instructor did well. I think the question about Student Interaction is dumb since it was an online course. He answered questions when they were asked and explained everything very well.

this class provide great material and is very useful for my desk.
the presentation was effective. even though this has a lot of technical talk but it was not boring at all.
The tile of the class confused me. I thought the class is about some tactical techniques to assist my new Real Time Operation Center on assisting field officers on 911 live calls. And it was not.
