The course was excellent. I did learn about cell towers, cell phone subscriber, and call detail reports. Tom, made sure that everyone understood and kept up when working on the spreadsheets. He is very knowledgeable in the field of cellular phone records and criminal investigations. I highly recommended this course to any law enforcement member.

Great Course, definitely learned a large amount of information in a short period of time. Class could be longer as to review the spreadsheets a few more times. Tom was extremely versed and helpful on this subject and his enthusiasm showed through his presentation. Again, great class, thanks!

The class was an outstanding presentation full of real world examples of the material and how we can apply it to our day-to-day investigative work. Mr. Hannon was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic with the material. Overall, this was a great class!

Overall excellent instructor. He was very knowledgable on the subject matter. He interacted well with students and was very approachable. Only complaint is that the class was very fast paced. It would have been nice if it was spread out over three days. However, I would rate the class a 10 out of 10.
