This course is fantastic! Very informative and insightful and I will be able to use the skills and knowledge gained in my daily work. Definitely worth the cost of the program. I have been raving about it to my coworkers and supervisors. Michael Hernandez was an expert speaker and I only rated him down a bit because his presentation skills could use some punching up. Transitions between topics was rough and he relied on the same probing question ("So, have any of you ever XYZ?") so much it became repetitive and boring. This is a fascinating and captivating subject matter - it deserves the same energy in the presentation style.

Would be helpful to receive a power point handout to follow the instructors presentation. The booklet issued was useful, but did not follow the flow of the class. Class was great!

Instructor very knowledgeable of subject topic. At times it was difficult to hear instructor due to his low tone while speaking.
