This course was good for an entry level investigator with limited knowledge of the Internet. It should be made very clear that it is a course for people that have not been involved in prior investigations.

The host agency could have done a better job informing the students of details such as parking and what classroom the training was in. The building was located in a city type block and there are no signs for parking. When I arrived there was no one there to tell me where to go and no signs posted anywhere. It took 15 minutes to find someone that knew about the training. The host then wasn't availabe at the start of class in order to retrieve access to the wifi and the book materials.

Tough course to teach since the abilities of the student entering the class have yet to be determined. Instructor did a good job of covering basics and then moving to more advanced topics. I took some good information away from this class.

The only complaint I have is that Police Technical would have arranged a better departure time for our instructor. Because of traffic, the instructor had to cut class a bit short to make it to his flight on time. Nothing against the instructor at all, he was SUPER!

Great course! Will hopefully be using what I have learned/ use the skills to develop cases more. My only complaint (which I do not want this to reflect on Mark because it seems like this was beyond his control) but his flight was scheduled close to the end of the time class ended and due to what people, who lived by said, he would have to leave much earlier because of traffic if he wanted to make his flight on time. Our breaks were shortened and we still got through all of the material on the second day, but it would have been nice for his flight to be scheduled later so he did not have to rush. Other than that, Mark was great and so was the course material.
