This class should be attended by all personnel. There is a lot of information to digest. But to make it available for more attendees, it the class could be condensed to a one day course, it would be easier for deputies to only ask for special assignment for one day, instead of two. I know this from being a supervisor.

Overall, great class. The class should be longer than 2 days.
